Nevertheless, there are remedies which work on several individuals such as musical therapy in forms of tapes. Initially, it didn’t work for me yet eventually it did. I have quite spent a lot of cash buying other remedies and I decided to give music therapy a try – I bought a tape.<br />
Everything falls into pieces. The next day I was informed by my therapists to buy music therapy tapes. I listened and it turned out to be a meditation. First, it was uneasy for me to hear despite the calm melody. I asked my therapists about it. Then, we concluded that we should pull out those tapes. Yet something unexplainable happened – I was actually longing to hear it!<br />
The next day, I put down the blinds in my room and turn on the therapy music. Soon, I was listening to the tape everyday – eradicating my anxieties, fears and lessening my stress.<br />
There are a lot of music therapy tapes and CDs for you. You can check out music stores and the internet. You can even borrow it to a friend, family member or acquaintances. Ask your therapist what type of music will suit you. Go on –  it’s affordable.</p>

We all have our own problems to deal with. But it does not mean that we would give up living of life.  We can still be happy and joyful. And being happy relaxed your nerve cells and when you are happy and relaxed, you are in a better position to sort out and resolve your problems.</p>
<p>You will also have to interact with people. Some of us are depressed; we no more like talking to people. Because our head and mind are occupied with all the problems and we hardly feel like to have a conversation. You will have to come out of it and start talking and sharing with people. Share your feeling, joys and sorrows. Make friends and try to develop a positive relationship with them. This would make you a lot relaxed and you might find the solution of your problems while talking and interacting with other people. Always remember, we are given ears, eyes and mouth, which means nature wants us to interact with one another. Do not keep everything to yourself.</p>
<p>Life is a precious gift. Every single moment that we pass, are worth a lifetime. You have to celebrate every single moment of your life. Celebrate even the tiniest joy and happiness. Be happy when you have achieved something. If you are happy, people around you will be happy and a happy atmosphere can do wonders to one’s life and mind.</p>
