But the other extreme of the spectrum can also cause the severe medical problems and hazardous consequences.</p>

The low blood pressure or hypotension means that the blood supply to your heart and the other parts of your body is below than their requirement and in this blood pumping to your heart would be low. The symptoms of the low blood pressure include fatigue, continuous lethargy, dizziness, weakness etc. This could be the due to the continuous malnourishment, prolonged weakness and under nourished body system. The heavy loss of the blood could also cause the hypotension or in the medical language “Hypovolemia”<br />
Now the point arises that how to control the hypotension? Mostly medicines are not advised in this case and it is eating cured by eating healthy and enriched food with vitamins proteins and sugar. These natural proteins play an important role in curing the low blood pressure. Here are some tips to overcome the problem of hypotension.</p>

Herbs are being used to cure the hypotension since long. To cure hypotension you can use Indian Spikenard herb which would definitely going to make you relieved. It would be resulting in better result if used in combination with the cinnamon and camphor.<br />
If you are facing the problem of hypotension then you can increase the use of salt in your meal and try to use salt water on daily basis. Beetroot juice on daily basis can also work in the problem of the hypotension. For this you need to take at least one cup of the beetroot daily.</p>

Low blood pressure means low kevel of the vitamin B group protein and vitamin C. So you must start consuming the food enriched with these elements as this could be the best remedy for curing the low blood pressure in the long run.</p>

One other remedy from the low blood pressure is the water bath mixed with the Epsom salt. For this before going to bed you need to add Epson salt (1-1.5 kg) in the normal hot water and lie down in the water fro almost 10-20 minutes. First, it was uneasy for me to hear despite the calm melody. I asked my therapists about it. Then, we concluded that we should pull out those tapes. Yet something unexplainable happened – I was actually longing to hear it!<br />
The next day, I put down the blinds in my room and turn on the therapy music. Soon, I was listening to the tape everyday – eradicating my anxieties, fears and lessening my stress.<br />
There are a lot of music therapy tapes and CDs for you. You can check out music stores and the internet. You can even borrow it to a friend, family member or acquaintances. Ask your therapist what type of music will suit you. Go on –  it’s affordable.</p>

<p>Food industry has been very dishonest and irresponsible in few occasions. For an instance, once it was declared that hydrogenated fat is a replacement for butter and are helpful for people with heart problems. But later research found that it was just the opposite case. It meant more harm to heart than butter.</p>
<p>Obese people are going seriously wrong somewhere. Either they have far too much to eat or they eat the wrong food at the wrong time. And when it comes to dealing with obesity, people couldn’t be more confused. We are overwhelmed with information and we do not know what to do. We sometimes go the wrong way and pass it to our next generation.</p>
<p>Governments of all countries have taken steps to make all the food companies provide certain information about their products so that customers can see it and then buy. Things like how much calorie they contain and how much fat they have are normally written on the packets.</p>
<p>Now it is our duty to choose whether we want to lead a fit and healthy life or a life that is so measurable that we feel shame to go out of our home.  Before consuming a food, always ask yourself the question, is it the right food? You can play the blame game and say that the food industry has trapped you into this but it is you who is supposed to take care of your health not the food industry.</p>

<p>A considerable degree of acclimatization occurs over a period of several weeks in individuals who move to a hot climate or who regularly work in a hot environment. Adaptive mechanisms include stimulation of the sweating mechanism with increased sweat volume and reduced sweat sodium content, and secondary hyperaldosteronism to maintain body sodium balance. The risk of heat-related illness falls as acclimatisation occurs. Heat illness can be prevented to a large extent by adequate replacement of salt and water, although excessive water intake alone should be avoided because of the risk of dilutional Sodium reduction from the body<br />
A spectrum of illnesses those occur in the heat:</p>
<p><strong>Heat cramps</strong><br />
These painful muscle contractions occur most commonly in the legs of young people following vigorous exercise and profuse sweating in hot weather. There is no elevation of core temperature. Salt reduction can occur as a result of persistent sweating.</p>
<p><strong>Heat syncope</strong><br />
This is one type of faint and is related to distant blood vessel dilation in hot weather.</p>

Heat exhaustion occurs with prolonged exertion in hot and humid weather, profuse sweating and inadequate salt and water replacement. There is an elevation in core (rectal) temperature to between 37°C and 40°C.if remains Untreated, heat exhaustion may progress to heat stroke</p>
<p><strong>Heat stroke</strong><br />
This occurs when the core body temperature rises above 40°C and is a severe and life-threatening condition. The symptoms of heat exhaustion include headache, nausea and vomiting. The patient&#8217;s skin feels very hot, and sweating is often absent.</p>
<p>The patient should be managed in hospital with rapid cooling by spraying with water (to increase evaporation heat loss), fanning (to increase convection heat loss), and ice packs in the axillae and groins (to increase conduction heat loss). With appropriate treatment, recovery from heat stroke can be rapid (within 1-2 hours) but patients who have had core temperatures higher than 40°C should be monitored carefully complications before discharge from hospital. Clear advice to avoid recurrence, and avoidance of heavy exercise during recovery, are important.</p>

Usually they found with Anxiety and depressive symptoms.  Extreme starvation is associated with a wide range of physiological and bodily changes. All organ systems may be affected, although the heart, kidneys and brain are mostly affected.</p>
<p>Why they do it?-This is actually unknown but it is thought it is professional and environmental factors also sometimes includes social pressure on women to be thin.</p>
<p>These girls need guided self-help and improved interpersonal relationship to ensure her the physical well-being, whilst helping to increase body weight to the normal range by addressing abnormal beliefs and behavior. The friends and the family can play the most vital role in this sector. Sometimes hospitalization is needed.</p>
<p>One study showed about 20% of girls with anorexia nervosa has a good outcome, a further 20% develop a chronic disease and the rest have an intermediate outcome. There is a long-term mortality rate of 10-20%, either due to the complications of starvation or from suicide.<br />
