Everything falls into pieces. The next day I was informed by my therapists to buy music therapy tapes. I listened and it turned out to be a meditation. First, it was uneasy for me to hear despite the calm melody. I asked my therapists about it. Then, we concluded that we should pull out those tapes. Yet something unexplainable happened – I was actually longing to hear it!
The next day, I put down the blinds in my room and turn on the therapy music. Soon, I was listening to the tape everyday – eradicating my anxieties, fears and lessening my stress.

It is increasing at an alarming rate in all parts of the world even after so many campaigns and health knowledge provided by the media. Can anyone blame the food industry for this? Are they playing a responsible role to the society by selling obesity? Food industry has been very dishonest and irresponsible in few occasions. For an instance, once it was declared that hydrogenated fat is a replacement for butter and are helpful for people with heart problems. But later research found that it was just the opposite case. It meant more harm to heart than butter.
